These TIMCO Solo 100mm x 5mm chipboard wood screws are single-thread fasteners designed for strong and efficient fixing in timber, chipboard, plastic, and some hardwoods. Measuring 5mm in diameter and 100mm in length, they feature a PZ drive and a double countersunk head with a 3.1mm diameter, helping to reduce shearing and allowing for a neat, flush finish.
The screw also has a 70mm thread diameter. Wax lubrication ensures smooth insertion and provides some corrosion resistance, while the 25º sharp point allows for a quick start and good thread acceptance.
